Offline programming
Open the programming software, input the stencil GERBER to analyze the GERBER hole information and automatically follow the GERBER hole Information is grouped→ Detection parameters are automatically set according to the opening group→ Positioning MARK is specified→ The program is generated and saved
The stencil is placed in the code scanner
According to the GERBER direction, put the stencil into the equipment detection platform and manually or scan the code to read the detection program
Program debugging and confirmation
Confirm the size of the frame and MARK positioning→ The device automatically generates the tension position and detection program
Automatic equipment detection
The equipment automatically detects the position, size, quantity, accuracy, foreign matter, burr, damage, fine porous, shape, perimeter, true roundness, tension and thickness of the opening according to the program steps; All detection data and results such as mesh, tension, thickness and steel mesh accuracy are output
